Yakov Ostrovsky is a Chicago Medical School graduate from their Physical Therapy program. Mr. Ostrovsky worked at the Hospital for Joint Disease Orthopedic Institute, a leading orthopedic institution where he developed paramount standards for practice excellence. Yakov Ostrovsky is a caring, emotionally supportive individual. He is a Physical Therapist who is always available, ready, willing and able to provide treatment and education.

Dr. Thomas Stanislawski, MS, PT, DPT, CMP, Cert. SMT
Dr. Thomas Stanislawski had graduated from Long Island University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy where he earned the Academic Excellence Award for his outstanding educational performance.
During the course of his career, Dr. Stanislawski has honed his skills by completing extensive continuing education, including advanced NAIOMT orthopedic manual therapy training and Spinal Manipulation at the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Dr. Stanislawski further expanded his scope of practice in 2011 by completing specialized training to become a Certified Mulligan Practitioner. He is a sole Physical Therapy Doctor in New York who holds both CMP and Cert.SMT certifications.
In his leisure time, Dr. Stanislawski enjoys raising tropical fish and gardening. He believes that his nourishing nature compliments his passion for sports medicine, orthopedics and manual therapy in guiding his patients on their road to recovery.
Tomasz Popkowski, PTA
Tomasz Popkowski is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1986 after he graduated from one of the most prestigious schools of Physiotherapy in Europe, the Physical Therapy College in Konstancin-Jeziorna. Committed to enhancing his skills, Mr. Popkowski has completed numerous post-graduate courses in Manual Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage and Sports Rehabilitation.
In more than 25 years of his clinical practice, Tomasz has successfully treated patients in a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and outpatient clinics. His valuable hands-on experience curing a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological disorders coupled with his compassion enable Mr. Popkowski to provide superior patient care.
In addition to his extensive professional experience, Tomasz is an accomplished athlete and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. His athletic background and competitive spirit contribute to his philosophy of rehabilitating his patients to their maximum potential.
